If FSGRW is not right for you, you get your money back: ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase, for a perpetual license as well as for the first payment of a subscription.

How to ask for a refund

Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle. Use the link in the receipt e-mail from Paddle, or go to paddle.net and look up your order with your e-mail address. You can also write to us at bernd@podhradsky.at.

What happens then

The refund goes back to the payment method you used. With the refund, the product is removed from your account and stops working on your registered computers.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account (Subscriptions and invoices); it then runs until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed. Renewal payments are not refunded once the new period has begun, unless the law requires it.
